Qualifications

• Experience in email marketing campaign execution, campaign management, or marketing operations.
• Ability to analyze email marketing metrics and translate results into actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher to communicate with US teams.
• Availability to work full-time during US business hours.

Responsibilities

• Build, execute, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and optimize email templates, including dynamic and personalized content.
• Collaborate with creative and internal teams to coordinate campaign assets, offers, and timelines.
• Prepare email development briefs and implement campaigns using email marketing platforms.
• Write and optimize email subject lines, preheaders, and campaign copy.
• Set up and execute A/B tests across subject lines, content, CTAs, audience segments, and send times.
• Conduct email rendering tests to ensure compatibility across devices and clients.
• Perform QA, identify issues, and coordinate necessary corrections before deployment.
• Edit and optimize images and assets for templates.
• Monitor campaign results, analyze performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate campaign progress, results, and updates to stakeholders.
• Research email marketing trends, best practices, and new strategies.
• Support additional digital marketing initiatives as needed.
