AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. You will ensure accurate rendering across devices and platforms.

You will build modular components, test rendering with Litmus or Email On Acid, and configure journey logic and audience segmentation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, driving data-driven personalization and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on HTML/CSS for email with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform – Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Foundational understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.
• Familiarity with campaign automation: event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows.
• Understanding of A/B and MVT testing and audience personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with accurate rendering across devices.
• Build reusable modular components and adapt templates to campaign needs.
• Test email rendering across clients using Litmus or Email On Acid.
• Build and deploy outbound campaigns in hosted platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens as required.
• Own final deployment and ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations per plan.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards.
