AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise clients. You will render templates across devices, configure journeys, and deploy campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with emphasis on testing and data-driven personalization.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in email development, marketing operations, or digital campaign execution.
• Hands-on experience with HTML and CSS for email, including cross-client rendering.
• Experience with at least one enterprise campaign platform—Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Foundational understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.
• Familiarity with event-based triggers, lifecycle programs, re-engagement flows, and deployment.
• Understanding of A/B and MVT testing mechanics and test plans.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive QA checks.
• Excellent communication to flag issues before builds begin.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates with correct rendering across devices and clients.
• Build reusable modular components and adapt templates to campaign needs.
• Test email rendering across clients using Litmus or similar tools.
• Configure and deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Set up journey logic, segmentation, targeting rules, and suppression lists.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization according to strategy.
• Own final deployment step and ensure on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests per test plans.
• Coordinate asset handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards.
• Follow platform tooling standards and governance guidelines.
