AgileEngine seeks an Email Developer to build HTML email templates and deploy personalized campaigns for enterprise loyalty clients. The role requires 2+ years in email development, HTML/CSS for email, and experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You will develop modular components, test rendering, and own deployment, with opportunities for professional growth and remote/office flexitime.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of email development or digital campaign execution experience.
• Proficient in HTML/CSS for emails with cross-client rendering.
• Experience with enterprise campaign platforms, Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
• Understanding of journey orchestration and automated flows.
• Knowledge of event-based triggers and lifecycle programs.
• Familiarity with A/B and MVT testing methods and test plans.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and data-driven personalization.
• Strong attention to detail and QA readiness.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HTML/CSS email templates for multiple clients.
• Build reusable components and adapt templates for campaigns.
• Test rendering across clients with Litmus/Email on Acid.
• Deploy outbound campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
• Configure journey logic, segmentation, and suppression lists per specs.
• Implement dynamic content and personalization tokens.
• Own deployment accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Execute A/B and multivariate test configurations per plan.
• Coordinate handoffs with Campaign Managers and content partners.
• Document best practices and maintain build standards.
