ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM Project Manager to oversee multiple projects worldwide with a focus on electrical BIM modeling and coordination. You will manage people, budgets, schedules, and client relationships while delivering high-quality deliverables.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and a solid understanding of Revit and Navisworks, with the ability to coordinate remote teams across LATAM and US projects in a fully remote setup.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• 6+ years in electrical, BIM/VDC, or related projects.
• Experience leading teams and managing schedules.
• Strong client-facing skills with scope discussions.
• Familiarity with NEC/NFPA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Leading electrical BIM teams across multiple US projects.
• Managing project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders.
• Serving as the main client-facing contact.
• Overseeing QA/QC processes.
• Coordinating resources, PTO, and team development.
• Supporting career paths, training, and performance growth of team members.
• Working with Business Unit leadership on planning and strategy.
• Using ACC, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project.
