Uptalent.io is seeking a skilled Remote MEP BIM Modeler to join our innovative team. You will develop high-quality BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on commercial and residential projects and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliance with industry standards.

The role emphasizes Revit and AutoCAD expertise, clash detection in Navisworks, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting on projects primarily

Formación

• Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD expertise.
• MEP BIM modeling across commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Clash detection using Navisworks, Revit, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Experience on US-based projects and familiarity with US codes.
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for effective communication.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is NOT required.

Responsabilidades

• Create detailed MEP models in Revit.
• Coordinate design aspects with project teams and resolve conflicts.
• Develop 3D models and documentation for MEP systems.
• Ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Participate in coordination meetings with architects and engineers.
• Assist in project schedules and deliverables.
