Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Virtual Assistants to support online retailers with product listings, orders, inventory, and customer service. This remote role requires strong English communication and a proactive approach to ensure smooth day-to-day operation across multiple marketplaces.

• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or a related role.
• Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, eBay, or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal) with a slight to neutral accent.
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or marketplace messaging systems
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability
• Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities
• Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer claims
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports
• Monitor product pricing and marketplace compliance
• Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams as needed
• Ensure accurate product information, images, and descriptions are maintained across all platforms
