Job summary

MPR Tools & Equipment is seeking an E-commerce Marketing Director to lead a skilled marketing team and own key projects for our remote operation serving mechanics in the US and Canada.

You will oversee paid ads, SEO, email, conversion optimization, pricing, and product data while driving strategy, budget, and brand voice across channels. 100% remote, flexible schedule, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience in at least 4 areas: PPC, SEO/GEO, email marketing, social media, CRO, pricing, or product data.
• At least 2 years leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of accountability.
• Clear results with numbers (traffic, leads, sales, or revenue growth).
• Strong data skills and the ability to turn reports into decisions.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Strong English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team, set direction, and translate strategy into monthly goals.
• Directly manage 2–3 team members and coordinate with contractors.
• Own key marketing projects hands-on and delegate as needed.
• Run weekly marketing meetings and track results on a weekly scorecard.
• Set quarterly Rocks for each area and follow up on them.
• Build the marketing strategy and manage the budget.
• Own the brand voice and maintain consistency across channels.
• Manage priorities, workloads, and deadlines across all areas.
• Hold areas accountable with clear targets and reviews.
• Review performance in paid ads, email, SEO/GEO, landing pages, and social media.
• Build simple, clear marketing reports for leadership.
• Identify gaps in processes and streamline for the team.
