Job summary

ISU Corp is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to configure and customize our CRM environment. You will implement forms, views, rules, and workflows while ensuring smooth integration with .NET and SQL infrastructure.

Work remotely within EST hours and collaborate with clients to refine requirements, deliver incremental updates, and adapt quickly to changing needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration and administration.
• SQL Server experience and CRM data integration with external databases.
• Experience with Jira, Linear, Zenhub, Monday.com for project tracking.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools; Copilot, ChatGPT and Gemini use.
• Advanced English and experience with cloud-based platforms and Git hosting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Dynamics 365 forms, views, fields, business rules, and workflows.
• Deliver quick, incremental updates and clean feature enhancements.
• Integrate CRM changes with existing .NET services and SQL databases.
• Collaborate with client representatives to gather requirements and provide status updates.
