Stanley Black & Decker is seeking an entry-level Creative Trafficker to support the media team from a remote location in Colombia. The role focuses on transferring campaign assets, maintaining accurate spreadsheets, and meeting tight deadlines across brands.

You will identify gaps in asset information, coordinate with the media agency, and help with basic performance reporting and campaign execution. A strong attention to detail and Excel skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic spreadsheet skills.
• Educational background and/or experience in digital media is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Populate trafficking spreadsheets by transferring information with high accuracy.
• Identify and flag gaps or inconsistencies in asset information and deliverables.
• Communicate with internal teams and with the media agency to resolve asset questions and meet requirements.
• Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Route billing documents for signature and file asset launches across brands and campaigns.
• Pull and consolidate basic performance reports and support campaign execution.
• Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals with internal teams and vendors.
• Organize files and media libraries and update project trackers.
