Job summary

Digital Resource is seeking a Digital Designer to join our fully remote Creative team. You will work across landing pages, digital ads, social graphics, and emails for dental marketing clients, collaborating with account managers and strategists.

You'll rely on templates and brand kits in Canva and Figma, maintain tight turnaround times, and report to the Creative Manager. This role suits a versatile designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and remote schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic or digital design, ideally in an agency.
• A portfolio showing landing pages, digital ads, social graphics, or emails.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Hands-on experience building emails in Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Clear written communication in English.
• Available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Design landing pages, digital ads, and social media graphics within each client's brand guidelines.
• Support website mockups and other client design requests.
• Work from templates and brand kits in Canva and Figma to keep turnaround fast.
• Build and QA email campaigns in platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, and Klaviyo.
• Design email headers and graphics using templates for dental campaigns.
• Support simple automation flows and A/B tests with guidance from email strategists.
• Pick up tasks from the shared team queue based on priority and capacity.
• Check the hard due date and time estimate on every task, and flag early if either is at risk.
• Provide timely updates in Basecamp and work closely with account managers, strategists, and content writers.
• Log time accurately in Everhour every day.
