Job summary

Qdrant, a remote-first vector search startup, seeks a freelance Marketing Designer to refine visual identity across marketing channels. You will collaborate with our Visual Designer and Design Lead to craft assets for campaigns, landing pages, ads, emails, and events, using AI tools to expedite color, typography, and layout decisions.

You’ll own design systems, ensure brand cohesion, and ship polished visuals under tight timelines while working asynchronously with a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience designing marketing assets or websites.
• Proficient in Figma and applying a design system.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools and portfolio.

Responsibilities

• AI tools & workflows: Build and refine internal AI tools to scale visual direction.
• Marketing assets: Design visuals for campaigns, social media, blog posts, and presentations.
• Website & landing pages: Design and update marketing pages and campaign landing pages.
• Ad creatives: Design banner ads, LinkedIn creatives, and other assets.
• Email design: Create graphics and layouts for email campaigns.
• Event & conference materials: Produce slide decks, booth designs, and printed assets.
• Brand consistency: Ensure visuals align with the brand direction and guidelines.
