Outsourcing Staffing Advantage seeks a creative Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our remote talent pool. You will craft marketing materials, social graphics, and video content that align with client brands and marketing goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva. A solid grasp of typography, color, and layout is essential for producing high-quality content.

Formación

• 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design or Video Editing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design and video editing work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent software.
• Experience using Canva or similar design platforms.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Experience editing videos for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently in a remote environment.
• English proficiency at a C1 level or higher (written and verbal).
• Availability to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, advertisements, and other visual assets.
• Edit promotional videos, short-form content, and marketing videos for social media and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain consistent brand identities across multiple clients and projects.
• Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, and clients to develop creative concepts.
• Create graphics and multimedia content for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
• Edit and optimize videos for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Prepare final design files for both digital and print production.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, social media best practices, and emerging creative technologies.
• Revise designs and videos based on client and team feedback
