Job summary

Productiv is seeking an experienced DevOps/Platform Engineer to shape the deployment backbone of a distributed AWS microservices platform. You will collaborate with engineering, Tech Leads, and the DevOps squad to automate infrastructure and tooling for fast, safe software delivery.

You will design scalable CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, coordinate releases, and build observability tooling while working with Dev Leads to set infrastructure standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE with production microservices on Kubernetes.
• Hands-on with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar).
• Comfort with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or similar).
• Strong communication and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure provisioning.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters for availability, security, networking, and traffic.
• Coordinate releases across teams including Git workflows and DB version control.
• Build observability tooling and support incident response.
• Partner with Dev Leads to unblock deployments and set infrastructure standards.
