Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a hands-on DevOps / Platform Engineer to strengthen our Kubernetes platform operations and CI/CD ecosystem.

You will scale cloud-native infrastructure, improve deployment pipelines, enforce IaC standards, and boost operational resilience for mission-critical workloads in AWS. You will optimize clusters, implement autoscaling and resource isolation, and advance observability with Prometheus/Grafana, while enabling multi-team platform onboarding and standardized

Qualifications

2+ years of production Kubernetes experience.
2+ years experience designing and maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines.
Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code with state management.
Hands-on AWS expertise (VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS).
Knowledge of secrets management and secure configuration practices.
Experience applying DevOps/SRE in high-availability environments.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain, and optimize Kubernetes clusters for production workloads.
Scale clusters, improve reliability, and optimize performance.
Refine IaC standards and manage Terraform state and modules.
Enhance observability with metrics, logging, and tracing across platforms.
Design and scale GitHub Actions workflows and pipelines across repos.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate deployments and testing.
Manage AWS services including networking, IAM, EC2, and storage.
Contribute to incident response, root-cause analysis and reliability improvements.
