Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a DevOps Support Lead to establish governance and drive excellence across software delivery and production support. This remote role prefers candidates in Bogotá or surrounding areas, with global collaboration across compliant, regulated environments.

You will lead deployments, monitor systems, and ensure security and governance standards are met while partnering with global teams to improve stability and release readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• 7+ years of DevOps/DevSecOps experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with release management, production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead DevOps governance and promote best practices across software delivery and production support environments.
• Ensure deployments, infrastructure, and applications meet quality, cybersecurity, and compliance standards.
• Support release management activities, including deployment readiness, testing validation, and rollback planning.
• Drive incident, problem, and change management processes to improve operational stability and service reliability.
• Collaborate with global DevOps, Operations, Security, and managed service teams to establish and maintain operational standards.
• Promote continuous improvement through monitoring, observability, documentation, and governance practices.
