BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Datadog) to implement and optimize the Datadog platform across the organization, ensuring visibility, performance, and cost efficiency.

You will design, configure, and maintain APM, logs, and dashboards while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a 100% remote role offering top-tier compensation in USD or local currency and flexible scheduling.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Observability.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing Datadog across large-scale orgs.
• Proficiency in configuring Datadog APM, log management, and synthetic monitoring.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and alerting strategies.
• Strong cost management and resource optimization within Datadog.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions using Datadog.
• Configure and optimize Datadog APM and logs for service health.
• Develop dashboards and alerting mechanisms for proactive incident detection.
• Implement log management and synthetic monitoring strategies.
• Manage Datadog costs and resource allocation across teams.
