Join BairesDev as a Software Engineer (Datadog) to design, implement, and optimize Datadog observability across the organization. You will bridge infrastructure and insights, managing APM, dashboards, and alerts to ensure high performance and cost‑efficiency.

You will configure Datadog, build dashboards, and implement log management and synthetic monitoring while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to standardize telemetry collection and monitoring best practices.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, DevOps, or Observability.
• Proven expertise in implementing and optimizing Datadog across large‑scale organizations.
• Proficiency in configuring Datadog APM, log management, and synthetic monitoring.
• Hands‑on experience building custom dashboards and alerting strategies to ensure system health.
• Strong background in cost management and resource optimization within the Datadog platform.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise‑wide observability solutions using the Datadog platform.
• Configure and optimize Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to track and improve service health.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and alerting mechanisms for proactive incident detection.
• Implement log management and synthetic monitoring strategies to ensure end‑to‑end system reliability.
• Manage and optimize Datadog‑related costs and resource allocation across various engineering teams.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to standardize telemetry collection and monitoring best practices.
