DEUNA is hiring a DevOps Engineer - Data Platform to strengthen its cloud infrastructure, automation, reliability and observability. You will work with Data Engineering to build scalable, secure AWS infra, manage Snowflake and MongoDB Atlas, and accelerate delivery through IaC and DevOps best practices.

Ideal candidates have 3–6+ years in DevOps/Platform Engineering, strong AWS, Snowflake/MongoDB Atlas expertise, and a proactive automation mindset.

Formación

• 3–6+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Engineering, preferably with production data platforms.
• Strong AWS experience (VPC, PrivateLink, Route 53, IAM, cross-account) and serverless services.
• Snowflake and MongoDB Atlas expertise including access management, networking and cost optimization.
• Terraform and AWS CDK IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry for monitoring and alerting.
• Python and SQL for automation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of cloud security, DR and high availability.
• Collaborative with Data Engineering, DevOps/SRE and Security teams; proactive automation mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, manage, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, security, and services for DevOps and Data Engineering workloads.
• Build and maintain IaC using Terraform and AWS CDK; automate provisioning and deployments via CI/CD pipelines.
• Improve observability and alerting with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.
• Support and optimize Snowflake and MongoDB Atlas data platforms for connectivity, performance and cost.
• Implement AWS networking (VPCs, PrivateLink, DNS) and cross-account connectivity.
• Enhance reliability, scalability and DR through automation and multi-region architectures.
• Apply DevSecOps practices: IAM, secrets, vulnerability management, security automation, PCI DSS controls.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis and continuous reliability improvements.
• Collaborate across DevOps/SRE, Security, and Data Engineering to standardize infra and automate operations.
• Drive cloud cost optimization and performance improvements across AWS and data platforms.
