LawnStarter is seeking a data governance leader to own the trust and quality of our data, from source to dashboard. You’ll shape the roadmap, establish data contracts, and drive a live migration to Lightdash while managing a small analytics team.

You’ll own governance across data quality, lineage, semantic layer, event tracking, and privacy, enabling self‑serve analytics and scalable improvements for product, marketing, and finance.

Responsabilidades

• Own data roadmap from product, marketing, ops, and finance needs, balancing platform health and execution priorities.
• Ensure data quality and freshness across source data, pipelines, and reports.
• Own data lineage, impact analysis, and data contracts with engineering.
• Manage Lightdash administration, permissions, and workspace structure to enable self‑serve governance.
• Extend semantic layer with governance across most critical metrics.
• Govern Segment event catalog and drift detection as data scales.
• Oversee AI data readiness, security, and privacy controls.
• Develop and defend the governance system, ownership models, and review loops.
• Scale processes to keep dashboards trustworthy as the company grows.
