PayJoy is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own governance, definitions, and measurement foundations that ensure data is trustworthy and decisions are reliable. You will manage platform primitives, access controls, and semantic definitions so teams move faster with accurate metrics.

You will guide experimentation and scalable data transformations. The role requires deep governance, strong modeling, and excellent communication in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s in a related field; Master’s a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data governance.
• Expert data modeling and governance at lakehouse scale.
• Proven track record driving adoption of standards.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own Unity Catalog governance model, data access, and metadata standards.
• Define standards for trustworthy data with SLAs and alert quality.
• Own the semantic layer and conformed dimensions for consistent metrics.
• Shape experimentation with measurement definitions and tooling guidance.
• Deliver reusable enablement patterns for cross-team use.
