Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Data Engineer to join the Performance Management & Business Intelligence team. You will build and optimize data pipelines, model data for analytics, and support governance and CI/CD.

This role emphasizes strong SQL/Python skills and experience with Fabric or similar lakehouse platforms, plus Power BI expertise. The position is remote, full-time, aligned with US business hours, and requires clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on data engineering experience.
• Strong SQL and Python (PySpark) skills.
• Experience with lakehouse platforms such as Fabric, Databricks, Synapse or ADF.
• Proficiency in Power BI and semantic models.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines and lakehouse architecture.
• Integrate data from CRMs, APIs, SaaS apps, SharePoint, Excel and internal systems.
• Develop Bronze, Silver, and Gold data layers.
• Design data models and datasets for analytics and Power BI.
• Implement data quality checks, monitoring, validation, and alerting.
• Support data governance, lineage, security, and access management.
• Automate data processes and support CI/CD and release management.
• Collaborate with BI, PM, Workforce Management, IT, Finance and client teams.
