CI&T is expanding its data capabilities for a US-based EdTech client. We seek a Data Architect Senior who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to guide a team and communicate with client stakeholders.

This hands-on leadership role covers data ingestion, lakehouse design, modeling, governance, and serving, with a nearshore model and strong overlap with US business hours. You will drive architectural choices, establish data quality standards, and mentor engineers while delivering

Formación

• Proven experience in data architecture and leading data teams.
• Design and deploy data pipelines, lakehouse, data products at scale.
• Hands-on with Databricks, Delta Lake and Unity Catalog; AWS data services knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data team technically, guiding design and maintenance of data products.
• Define target data architecture including ingestion, lakehouse design, data modeling, governance, and serving.
• Translate requirements into practical data solutions and present options to stakeholders.
• Enforce data quality, access control, lineage, and privacy in regulated data environments.
• Maintain CI/CD and DataOps practices for reliable delivery.
• Perform current-state assessments and knowledge transfers during transitions.
• Develop proofs of concept to demonstrate architectural value to clients.
• Stay connected to CI&T data practice and shared methodologies.
