Atomic - Remote Jobs is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for university and nonprofit partners. You will transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to inform decisions and boost campaign performance.

You’ll work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, improve reporting systems, and support data-driven marketing decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
