Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Data Analytics Lead in Finance to advance analytics capabilities across the organization. This remote role supervises senior data analysts and engineers, collaborates with Finance leadership, and drives strategic reporting initiatives using Power BI, Snowflake, and Alteryx.

The candidate will translate business needs into analytics solutions, reduce manual processes, and mentor a growing team while coordinating with external partners to deliver timely BI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of senior data analysts and data engineers, including oversight of large-scale initiatives and vendor collaboration.
• Oversee cross-functional analytics projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance leadership to meet reporting needs.
• Lead business requirements discussions and align analytics solutions to business priorities.
• Drive strategic reporting initiatives through scalable analytics and BI solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools that generate actionable insights.
• Translate business requirements into workplans for team members and contractors.
• Reduce manual processes through automation and standardized data.
• Mentor analysts and coach across domains.
• Direct external partners to ensure quality and timeliness of BI solutions.
