Wuffes is seeking a Customer Experience Retentions Advisor (remote) to re-engage customers in Latin America, with a focus on Colombia and Mexico. You will conduct empathetic outbound calls and SMS, offering tailored solutions to recover subscriptions and retain lifetime value for the Wuffes brand.

Responsibilities include resolving inquiries quickly, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting performance targets while processing orders and returns per policy.

Formación

• 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or retail.
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and quick thinking.
• Proficient with computers and customer service software.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone promptly and accurately, aiming for high first-contact resolution.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance to customers to drive sales.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including CSAT scores.
• Process orders, returns, and warranties per company policies.
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, policies, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.
