Mercor is hiring a remote Talent Success specialist to help users apply for jobs, take AI-led interviews, accept offers, and get paid on our platform. You will ensure a delightful end-to-end experience for thousands of users weekly. You’ll work with our engineering team to triage bugs, reproduce issues, and diagnose root causes while communicating clearly in native English with a friendly, professional tone. This role requires substantial overlap with Pacific Time.

Qualifikationen

• Experience debugging modern web applications and SaaS platforms.
• Experience supporting customers on web apps.
• Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, agents, and prompt chains.
• Ability to understand AI outputs, failure modes, and feedback loops.
• Comfort with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs or agent frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end; reproduce bugs and identify root causes.
• Debug across AI + SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, and DB queries.
• Triage with sound judgment and escalate engineering issues when needed.
• Surface patterns and risks to engineering and product leadership.
• Create documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues.
• Communicate with precision, professionalism, and empathy.
