The role requires 2–3 years of experience, excellent English, and a 9-hour shift within 9:00 AM–9:00 PM ET. This is 100% remote with paid training and opportunities for growth and bonuses. Open to LATAM or Europe-based candidates.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in customer service, call center, or phone-based support.
• Exceptional command of English, written and spoken.
• Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Take accurate messages and deliver them promptly.
• Book appointments using scheduling tools and transfer calls efficiently.
