The Auctus Group is seeking a Contracts & Credentialing Coordinator to support provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and payer activities. This fully remote role collaborates with providers, insurance carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate enrollment and maintenance with payers.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of credentialing or contracting experience, strong communication, and meticulous organization.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in contracting, credentialing, provider enrollment, or related healthcare administration.
• Working knowledge of credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with CAQH, Availity, Medicare portals, or similar systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and submit provider credentialing and contracting applications with commercial and government payers.
• Follow up until payer approval or completion.
• Update provider and facility NPI records.
• Enroll providers in Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial networks.
• Maintain CAQH records and attestations.
• Manage credentialing platforms (Availity, Medicare portals) and deadlines.
