Job summary

Superside is seeking a Project Manager to own accounts from day one and guide creative strategies for top brands in a fully remote, global team. You’ll manage timelines, budgets, milestones, and cross‑functional delivery while embracing AI to accelerate creativity.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project/account/campaign management within branding or advertising, strong English, and proven multi‑account leadership in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Project/Account/Campaign manager or Creative producer.
• Proven experience in managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Excellent understanding of creative communication and business outcomes.
• Ability to scope, budget, and manage strict timelines and milestones.
• Experience with project management software (Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello).
• Strong knowledge of Digital Advertising, Social Media, Branding and Communications.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Interest in AI and leading creative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT).
• Customer-centric, organized and detail-oriented with an account mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to coordinate in large international groups.
• Autonomy, decisiveness, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and timelines (internal and client milestones).
• Create budgets, dependencies, and define resourcing needs.
• Track progress, risks, and delivery health.
• Operationalize briefs into execution plans.
• Lead day-to-day execution across teams.
• Drive timelines, progress, and momentum.
• QA with creative/brand quality in partnership.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks early.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Reduce errors through planning and process discipline.
