Qualifications

• 5+ years in concept-driven roles within creative agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
• Strong portfolio showing concept-first thinking and art direction across digital platforms.
• Passion for creativity with a sharp eye for design, typography, layout, and storytelling.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal, with client-facing presentation confidence.
• Organizational and time-management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across digital channels, with potential to extend to ATL.
• Lead art direction for campaigns and video concepts from ideation to execution.
• Design or direct creation of digital assets, mood boards, layouts, and visual frameworks.
• Contribute to brand storytelling by developing brand systems and integrated ideas.
• Build and present creative decks communicating concepts and strategy to customers.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Project Managers, and creatives across time zones.
• Deliver multiple projects on time, on budget, at high quality.
• Push creative boundaries and evolve Superside's capabilities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to understand goals.
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, experimentation, and growth.
