World Business Lenders, LLC seeks a Corporate Governance Analyst to manage entity profiles, governance filings, and recordkeeping across multiple jurisdictions. You will coordinate signatures, approvals, and certifications while ensuring accuracy and timely updates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Paralegal or governance coursework is preferred.
• 2+ years in corporate governance or related admin support.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain entity profiles, officer/director data, addresses, registered-agent records, ownership data, and org charts.
• Organize and update minute books, charters, bylaws, operating agreements, resolutions, consents, certificates.
• Process updates to entity information and ensure consistency across systems.
• Respond to governance document requests using approved controls.
• Coordinate filings, calendars for annual reports, renewals, and foreign qualifications.
• Monitor filing status and obtain evidence of acceptance; maintain good-standing certificates.
• Prepare standard resolutions, consents, and signature packets; coordinate approvals and notarization.
• Support entity formations, dissolutions, and restructurings; manage IP registrations.
