Higher Options is seeking a Content Creator & Social Media Manager for a US-based client in the construction materials sector. This fully remote role focuses on content creation, social media management, video editing, and lead generation.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, advertising, and/or lead generation.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish social media content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more.
Manage social media accounts: post/schedule, calendar, and respond to inquiries to funnel into sales.
Write captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy, and landing-page copy in English and Spanish.
Develop and run paid and organic campaigns to generate inquiries and qualified leads.
Tailor strategies to construction industry buyers and project timelines.
Monitor performance metrics and run A/B tests with actionable reports.
Research competitors and test new lead-generation channels.
Coordinate with teams to deliver content on time and route qualified leads correctly.
Support related marketing and sales activities as needed.
