Perceptio is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM on a remote, full-time basis. You will partner with project and clinical leads to ensure delivery aligns with contract objectives while optimizing speed, quality and cost for global studies.

This leadership role oversees the Centralized Monitoring team, ensures oversight of clinical deliverables, and supports strategy with RBM tools and analytics. Remote collaboration across LATAM and global teams is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Oversight of clinical deliverables on global projects per protocol, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.
• Unblinded Clinical Lead responsibilities including IP management and risk mitigation.
• May act as Clinical Lead when not assigned to a study and at project close out.
• Manage project resources (CRAs, Central Monitors, Clinical Trial Assistants, Centralized Monitoring Assistants).
• Monitor and trend study/site metrics; share trends and drive actions.
• Contribute to analytics strategy and develop advanced analytics for monitoring.
• Support monitoring strategy development, including triggers and thresholds.
• Attend study team and client meetings to provide inputs for decision making.
• Assist in continuous process improvements, issue escalation and workload planning.
• Develop and use study management plans and RBM tools/templates to assess quality.
