IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead to partner with project and clinical leads to deliver on contract requirements while optimizing speed, quality and cost. The role will lead the Centralized Monitoring team across global projects, manage resources, and develop monitoring strategies in line with SOPs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• 2+ years in a Lead role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Centralized Monitoring team and oversee clinical deliverables per protocol and SOPs.
• Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants).
• Develop monitoring and analytics strategy; implement RBM tools and templates.
• Attend study team or client meetings; provide inputs to decision-makers.
• Mentor junior staff and ensure audit-ready documentation.
