Porch Group is looking for a remote Virtual Assistant based in Colombia. This role involves managing incoming calls, texts, and emails, providing client answers, scheduling home inspections, and ensuring an optimal customer experience. Ideal candidates will have significant bilingual customer service experience, strong communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The position comes with a monthly salary of COP 3,886,000 and offers 100% remote work with training support.

Formación

• At least 4 years in bilingual customer service roles.
• At least 2 years in executive assistant (or equivalent) roles.
• At least 2 years in remote positions.
• English speaking required; proficiency in native language desirable.
• Strong communication and digital skills (email, chat, text).
• Accurate data entry and navigation of websites and standard software.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and communication channels.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, and committed to SOPs.
• Good judgment and decision-making when no clear answer is available.
• Computer skills; will use a computer for the entire shift.
• Workspace: quiet, with internet 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.

Responsabilidades

• Field incoming calls, texts, and emails.
• Answer client questions and provide price quotes.
• Sell customers on booking home inspections.
• Schedule appointments using booking software.
• Respond to general office correspondences (email, text, voicemail).
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience.
