This role includes ensuring accurate claim submission, timely reimbursements, and compliance with U.S. healthcare billing regulations. Candidates are expected to have a bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field, along with at least three years of relevant experience. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in medical billing software tools. Remote working conditions apply.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management.
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems and insurance payers is required.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies.
• Post payments accurately into the system and reconcile payments against claims.
• Monitor unpaid claims and follow up for resolution.
• Track and manage aging reports to reduce outstanding balances.
• Ensure all billing activities comply with HIPAA and payer-specific guidelines.
• Generate regular billing and AR reports for internal review.
