Job Duck, LLC is seeking a bilingual Litigation Paralegal to support a busy personal injury and litigation practice in a remote role. You will collaborate with attorneys to move active matters forward, meet deadlines, and maintain organized case files.

The ideal candidate has hands-on litigation support experience, strong drafting and communication skills, and excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting active litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Strong drafting skills for petitions, pleadings, disclosures, and discovery requests/responses.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and proper legal document formatting.
• Familiarity with legal practice management and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate case notes, records, and litigation documents.
• Coordinate with opposing counsel and paralegals on scheduling and documentation.
• Review Rules of Civil Procedure and ensure compliance of tasks.
• Manage litigation calendars including depositions and hearings.
• Draft, organize, and maintain litigation files and related documents.
• Communicate with clients to obtain detailed, accurate information.
• Assist attorneys to progress litigation matters efficiently.
