Job summary

Adler Local is building a dynamic B2B Digital Marketing Sales Team to help businesses grow their online presence. We seek motivated, ambitious, coachable individuals with English fluency to join us from Colombia and the US market.

You will develop product knowledge, perform outbound calls, conduct demos, build a sales pipeline from first contact to close, and collaborate with leaders to improve results. Compensation includes $1,000 base plus commissions, $2,000 max, schedule 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Qualifications

• Native or similar spoken English level.
• Basic knowledge of social media and review sites (Facebook, Instagram, Yelp etc.).
• Strong verbal and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, resilient, and persistent
• Open to coaching
• Start-up minded and ready to grow with the company
• Reliable power and power back-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of our digital marketing services and best practices.
• Make outbound calls to local businesses nationwide.
• Conduct video screen-sharing demos with prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve a business’s online presence
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline - from first contact to closing the deal.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to continuously improve and grow.
