Job summary

People House Latam, based in Colombia, seeks experienced Architects / Architectural Project Managers to join a US-based team working on high-quality projects in New York City.

You will lead projects from inception through construction documentation, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure on-time delivery with strong Revit skills and fluent English. This is a fully remote role targeting US-based environments and NYC multifamily/mixed-use developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Experience as Architectural Project Manager or similar in an architectural company
• Strong experience managing architectural projects from design through construction documentation
• Experience with multifamily and/or mixed-use buildings is highly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit for architectural design and construction documentation
• Fluent English is required – strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote US-based environment

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects through design and documentation phases
• Develop and monitor project schedules, deliverables, and budgets
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
• Review designs and construction documents for quality and completeness
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and construction documents
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and project requirements
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants for effective design coordination
• Identify issues and proactively develop solutions
• Provide technical and project leadership to architectural teams
• Maintain alignment with deadlines, scope, and quality expectations
