Cresta is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to serve as the central operational hub for residential and multi-family projects in New York, with 100% remote work for LATAM professionals.

You will manage pre-construction workflows across 5–6 active projects, lead subcontractor bidding, RFIs, and drawing overlays in Bluebeam, while ensuring insurance compliance and project documentation in Buildertrend.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in construction coordination or pre-construction support.

• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full subcontractor bid cycle and send RFPs to up to 40 trades per project.
• Track bid submissions and ensure timely responses from subs.
• Overlay drawing sets in Bluebeam to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Draft and track RFIs with architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts.
• Verify subcontractor insurance certificates and compliance prior to contracts.

We are hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to serve as the central operational hub for residential and multi-family construction projects in New York.

In this role, you will lead the pre-construction workflow across 5–6 active projects simultaneously. You will manage the full subcontractor bidding cycle, perform detailed proposal leveling, overlay drawing sets using Bluebeam, manage RFIs, and verify subcontractor insurance compliance. This is an ideal position for Architects, Civil Engineers, or Construction Management professionals in LATAM with a strong eye for detail, experience with U.S. construction sets, and proficiency in tools like Buildertrend or Bluebeam.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full subcontractor bid cycle, sending drawings and requests for proposals (RFPs) to up to 40 trades per project.
• Track and follow up on bid submissions to ensure timely responses from subcontractors.
• Perform detailed proposal leveling to compare scopes, inclusions, and pricing across all trades.
• Overlay structural, architectural, and interior design drawing sets in Bluebeam to identify discrepancies and coordinate resolutions.
• Draft and track Requests for Information (RFIs) sent to architects and engineers to resolve design conflicts.
• Verify subcontractor insurance certificates and compliance requirements prior to contract execution.
• Maintain complete project documentation, bid packages, and status updates within Buildertrend.
• Coordinate daily communication between project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients.

What You’ll Bring

• English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1 mandatory).
• Experience: 2 to 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, pre-construction support, or project administration.
• Project Type: Proven experience working on residential or multi-family construction projects.
• Core Technical Skills: Solid background in bid management, proposal leveling, RFI tracking, insurance compliance verification, and reading construction drawings.
• Software Proficiency: Buildertrend (highly valued), Bluebeam Revu (or AutoCAD/similar for drawing overlays), and MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional organization skills to handle 5–6 projects at once, proactive communication style, strong accountability, and high detail orientation.
• Education: Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
