Job summary

atomic HR in Latin America is seeking a finance professional to own invoicing, collections, and the books in QuickBooks Online for a fully remote client. You will manage the end-to-end billing cycle, ensure accuracy of variable fees, and coordinate with the founder and Operations Manager to close books monthly.

The role requires English proficiency, experience with Stripe and QuickBooks Online, and a track record of timely cash collection for multiple clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3+ years in bookkeeping, billing or accounts receivable.
• Experience handling billing for multiple active clients.

Responsibilities

• Run Stripe invoicing every 4 weeks and ensure accurate bills.
• Calculate variable fees from contracts and ad spend reports.
• Chase late payments on a regular cadence and escalate when needed.
• Apply payments to invoices and keep AR aging current.
• Maintain QuickBooks Online books and monthly close.
• Set up new clients in Stripe and document billing terms.
