Uptalent Dot I O is seeking two motivated appointment setters for a fully remote, full-time role within the property management sector.

You will perform outbound calls to property owners and managers across the U.S., following a proven script to book qualified appointments for the sales team. A fast learning curve and strong communication skills are essential.

Formación

• Fluent English with a neutral or light accent.
• Experience in cold calling or appointment setting preferred.
• Reliable internet and quiet work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners/managers using provided call lists.
• Follow a clear script and objection handling FAQ to guide conversations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Track outreach activities in our CRM (Close).
• Collaborate closely with the team for feedback and continuous improvement.
