Truelogic is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the core of enterprise transformations, embedding with client teams to redesign workflows and drive AI adoption. You will rapidly build functional, AI-powered proofs of concept and ship working prototypes with minimal engineering support.

Ideal candidates diagnose root causes, model operating structures, and guide ROI with real-world demos, balancing ambitious outcomes with practical delivery for large enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in management consulting or enterprise tech roles.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and prototypes.
• Ability to ship working solutions, not just designs.
• Diagnose root causes and drive organizational change.
• Self-driven, capable of working with minimal engineering support.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state processes and diagnose friction points end-to-end.
• Redesign target-state operations with lean workflows and AI.
• Design operating models including org structure and governance.
• Set baselines and build metrics to track ongoing improvement.
• Identify value gaps and guide ROI realization for deployments.
• Build AI-powered prototypes using LLMs and low-code tools.
• Demonstrate work via demos to align stakeholders within client processes.
• Advise on where AI adds value vs. potential distraction.
• Support rollout and adoption through change management activities.
• Create enablement materials linking tech to operating models.
• Scope complex engagements and contribute reusable frameworks.
