Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking Software Engineers to contribute to AI-driven coding tasks. This fully remote contract role involves writing, reviewing, and improving AI-generated code, with independent, flexible hours and a focus on safety and quality.

You will evaluate outputs, debug issues, and provide clear feedback to help AI systems think like developers. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proficient in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript, or similar).
• Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms; ability to reason about code clearly.

Responsibilities

• Write, debug, and optimize code across multiple languages and frameworks.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, readability, and best practices.
• Identify bugs, logic errors, security issues, and performance bottlenecks in AI outputs.
• Provide structured, detailed feedback explaining why code works or doesn't.
• Design challenging prompts and edge-case scenarios to stress-test AI capabilities.
• Compare and rank multiple AI-generated solutions based on engineering quality.
• Work independently and asynchronously—fully on your own schedule.
