Alignerr Corp. is seeking Prompt Writers for an AI training role. This fully remote, hourly contract position offers flexible hours (10–40 hours/week) and a chance to shape how AI systems think, respond, and communicate.

No technical background or AI experience required, making this an inclusive entry into AI training work. You will craft diverse prompts, test AI reasoning, and design challenges that stress-test AI safety, while adhering to style guides and project guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Write original, diverse prompts across a wide range of topics, formats, and difficulty levels.
• Design questions, scenarios, and challenges that test AI reasoning, creativity, and accuracy.
• Craft prompts specifically designed to probe AI safety and expose weaknesses.
• Follow style guides and prompt-writing frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Iterate and refine prompts based on project feedback and evolving needs.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
