Alignerr is seeking AI Policy, Ethics & Compliance Analysts to evaluate AI outputs for safety, fairness, and ethical alignment. Remote, hourly contract work with a 10–40 hours/week commitment offers meaningful, intellectually engaging tasks without requiring a background in AI or policy.

You’ll review content, classify outputs, and provide structured, actionable feedback across diverse topics. Independent work and strong writing are key assets.

Formación

• Strong critical thinker who can evaluate nuanced, complex content objectively.
• Genuine interest in ethics, fairness, policy, or responsible technology.
• Clear and concise written communicator — feedback needs to be actionable.
• Detail-oriented and consistent, even with ambiguous or sensitive material.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review AI-generated content and evaluate it against safety, fairness, and ethical standards
• Classify outputs based on compliance criteria including accuracy, bias, and potential harm
• Flag content that could be misleading, inappropriate, or harmful to users
• Write structured, detailed feedback on policy-related issues in AI responses
• Work across a wide range of topics and content types — no two days look the same
• Complete assignments independently and on your own schedule
