Job summary

5–12 years in product ownership, product management or technical program delivery.
Proven track record in AI native software development or engineering.
Understanding of APIs, services and distributed systems in a multi-tenant product.

Responsibilities

Turn customer and business needs into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria the team can align on.
Own and prioritize the team backlog by customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
Own the pivot to an AI-native interface and translate it into concrete requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, design, other Product Owners and SMEs to clarify requirements and plan delivery.
Say no when work does not earn its place and explain priorities and blockers clearly.
Solicit continuous feedback from customers, support and account management and translate it into roadmap priorities.
Monitor progress, communicate risks and challenges through the product lifecycle.
Track product performance with data and customer insight to improve quality and outcomes.
