AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Tech Lead to own the hands-on development of a general-purpose enterprise AI collaboration ecosystem. You will design, build, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, and workflows across Slack, Google Workspace with Gemini, Glean, Claude, and ChatGPT, while establishing standards for security, testing, and deployment.

You will lead technical solution reviews, mentor contributors, and drive production-ready capabilities from PoC to scalable services,

Formación

• 6+ years of hands-on development in AI/enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Proven track record as a Tech Lead or equivalent with production AI agents.
• Strong background in building and maintaining AI agents, skills, prompts, and workflows.
• Experience integrating Slack, Google Workspace, and enterprise AI tools via APIs and webhooks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, prompts, tools, workflows, and automations.
• Lead technical reviews and mentor contributors without direct people management.
• Ensure secure integrations with enterprise systems and governance controls.
• Translate business needs into scalable AI platform architecture and roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging AI capabilities and make engineering recommendations.
