AgileEngine is seeking an AI Platform Tech Lead to own a general-purpose enterprise AI ecosystem spanning Slack, Google Workspace with Gemini, Glean, and AI assistants.

You will design and build AI agents, skills, and RAG integrations, ensure secure enterprise integrations, and set standards for agent development, testing, and deployment. The role requires 6+ years of hands-on development and production AI platform experience.

Formación

• 6+ years in development roles with hands-on Tech Lead experience.
• Production-quality AI agents, skills, assistants, workflows, or integrations.
• Strong AI concepts: agents, agentic workflows, tool usage, and retrieval augmented generation.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, identity services, or automation platforms.
• Enterprise security, privacy, compliance, and data-governance knowledge.
• Hands-on with enterprise SaaS, collaboration, or AI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, and maintain AI agents, skills, prompts, tools, workflows, and automations.
• Build AI solutions using MCP, function calling, APIs, agents, and integration frameworks.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready AI capabilities.
• Build secure integrations across Slack, Google Workspace/Gemini, Glean, AI assistants, and enterprise systems.
• Develop APIs, data connectors, webhooks, search integrations, and RAG/semantic-search solutions.
• Establish standards for AI agents, integrations, configurations, testing, deployment, and security.
• Lead technical solution reviews, mentor contributors, and serve as the senior technical escalation point.
